It took me an entire Summer period working as an intern in an architecture studio to realize how complicated it is not only to getting dressed for office-work but also to work in a place where the air conditioning is continuously put on, while it is very warm outside. Working as an architect requires a constant ability to change from one environment to another. Maybe one day you have to meet an important client, and the other you have to be staining your hands while making a scale model. Or running from one place to another because you have to make an important delivery. Many times, that happens not on different days, but in just a couple of hours. And that means that what you wear as an architect should be versatile and comfortable.

When I saw this Shein blouse I knew it was perfect to go to work this year at the office. I work most of the time at an office at the university campus, but there are many days that require me to go from one point of the city of Valencia to another one, to meet clients or transporting models to show a project, among other issues. Wearing long bell sleeves may seem crazy in Spanish summers, with temperatures as high as 30 degrees Celsius at nine in the morning. However, when you are sitting at a desk for a long time with the air conditioning on, then this fact turns immediately into a good idea to avoid unexpected Summer colds. That's why this Shein blouse with peplum waist and corset belt is great to go to work. It is very versatile, it is simple, and its fabric is not too thick or too thin. I do not know if I like it more with or without the belt, because it's a bit tight for me, and I like how the back of the blouse falls freely. I think it looks good with a pencil skirt with little volume, but it can also be a good basic to wear towards Autumn season with jeans or dressy pants.
