There are certain things that I love about Summer in Spain. One of the things I love the most here is that the days are so long that it seems that you can live three lives in less than 24 hours. It is so warm, and the sunlight hours are so many that although in the mornings you might be at the office, at noon you have enough time to eat out with your family (even if it's a bit later than usual) and in the afternoons, take an ice cream or go for a couple of drinks with your friends. Therefore, my main principle in these months is to put on versatile and very flexible outfits that allow me to adapt to both the early hours of the day and the events happening in the afternoon.
This outfit, however, is not very suitable to go to the office. In this case, I used it to go out in the afternoon with my family, but I do not think I would ever wear shorts for work. I have done it sometimes but on very specific occasions. I do not like to wear shorts to work or classes, because my legs usually get stuck to the chairs, and it is not very comfortable. I prefer to use fluid jumpsuits made of light fabrics, even if they come with long pants. For me, these are much more comfortable, but in this case, this is the outfit that seemed most suitable for those circumstances, with that intense pink shirt with statement sleeves. They almost remind me of the traditional flamenco dresses' ruffles, which I think it's a very fun detail to add.
