Laced booties. Forever 21 Vs. Troopa by Steve Madden

So, here's what I've been up to the last two days of unstoppable window shopping, but about the last two years of online search. A pair of laced booties. Here's a little comparative of the two different models I've been looking for, although I finally bought the Steve Madden, "Troopa" ones (left) I talked to you about yesterday.
Steve Madden's were 99$
Forever 21 were about 30$
I think, now I wouldn't think twice about it: I would chose the Steve Madden ones again. The Forever 21 were faux leather, while the Steve Madden ones are real, thick leather, and I like their quality and the shine effect on them. The color will match my coming winter outfits, with green pants (with some military style) or casual jeans. Perfect for High School, where I must be standing and walking on the halls for hours, and hours. Sometimes, investing a little more in your shoes is worth the purchase. Investing in better quality means no only acquiring a better design and comfort, but also you will be able to wear them for years.
It's still too warm outside to wear them, so by the moment I'll be only showing you a sneak peak of the "Troopa" laced booties.
Which pair of boots do you prefer?
And here's what my room and my luggage look like after organizing all my stuff and cleaning my host bedroom. I'm going to miss Boston too much!

I have the troopa's in black I love them! Did you try F21 online, alot of things that are not in the store are online sometimes.
